Shipping policy

Wildhana is a brand owned and operated by Flatlock Fits. All products are made-to-order and fulfilled by our production partners. Please review our processing, fulfillment, and delivery terms below.

Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Delivery: The total estimated time from order confirmation to delivery is 6 to 9 working days.

  • Production Hold: All orders are placed on a strict 3-hour hold immediately after checkout to allow for any customer cancellations or modifications. Once this 3-hour window expires, the order is locked and enters active production.

  • Delayed Delivery Guarantee: If a delivery exceeds 9 working days from the time of order confirmation, the customer becomes eligible to request a full order cancellation and complete refund due to the delay.

Shipping Charges & Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Prepaid Orders: Standard shipping is free for all fully prepaid orders.

  • COD Orders: Cash on Delivery is available across most pin codes in India. To successfully place a COD order, a ₹100 upfront payment is required at checkout to confirm the order. The remaining balance is collected upon delivery.

Failed Deliveries (Return to Origin) Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and being available to receive their packages at the time of delivery. In the event of a failed delivery resulting in a Return to Origin (RTO) due to customer unavailability, an incorrect address, or rejection of the package at the door, the following logistical fees apply:

  • Prepaid Orders: A ₹100 reverse-shipping fee will be deducted from the customer's final refund amount.

  • COD Orders: The ₹100 upfront payment collected at checkout is strictly non-refundable and will be retained to cover reverse shipping costs.
